i craft wonderful
user experiences
for people
There are so many layers and intricacies to good digital product design. At its core, it’s about understanding the WHY and helping people achieve their goals. Good design is seamless, although the road to get there can be windy and complex. This is where my passion lives.
I have always had great attention for detail, I enjoy solving complex problems, and I strive to understand and advocate for users (people). User Experience Design is at the intersection of these three areas and it’s the best place to be.
What i do
1. I take the time to understand quantitative data, qualitative data, holistic views, and business needs.
2. I define the vision and strategy, the user and user needs, problem analysis, and business opportunity.
3. I ideate, complete user research, and prioritize.
1. I adhere to the product principles, product framework, product guidelines, product design system, content, and visual design.
2. I communicate my ideas using sketches, wireframes, working prototypes, and low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs.
1. Quantitative approach - I survey users, conduct A/B testing, compare data analysis, engage in metrics monitoring, and conduct pilot testing.
2. Qualitative approach - I lead usability testing, collect and understand user feedback, track eye and heat maps , and conduct heuristic analysis.
